Keseley
said her love for hockey started early
in life.
Her dad, Terry, was a hockey player, and
her older brother, Jon, was hockey captain at Park High
two years ago.
Keseley started
skating on a pond behind her parents home and the more
she skated, the more she liked it, she recalled.
One thing she likes
about hockey is the diverse athletic abilities the sport
requires.
Its a cool sport
because it takes a lot of skill, between skating,
stickhandling and shooting, she said.

Angie
practiced a lot on her own,
mostly at Keseley Pond behind her parents home.
The pond was a
gathering place for Park hockey players,
ever since a time years ago when Angies dad Terry
decided it was a good place for local kids to play. |

A Final Tribute |
St. Louis Park head
coach Mike Peluso said:
Angie is a smart
player with good speed and rink sense.
Angie is a smart,
smart hockey player. I
don't think she gets as much
credit as she should for her defensive play.
She's
the best player in the state,
at least one of the best, and
she's an even better person.
She is just a great kid to coach. |
